Hydrus is a north east of Scotland based engineering firm offering an extensive range of expert manufacturing services and engineering solutions to the energy industy, from carbon steel fabrication through to the design and build of bespoke structures / products for use in the offshore, subsea and renewable energy markets. As part of Hydrus’ continuing commercial expansion, our Brechin facility services our clients with 50,000sq ft of workspace and extensive internal overhead crane-age up to 80te. This enables Hydrus not only to provide our clients with a greater scope of fabrication and engineering services, larger scale manufacturing, full test and assembly capabilities and significant internal / external storage; but also provides higher capacity for undertaking a greater number of projects at any one time in conjunction with additional manufacturing and load out facilities at Montrose or Dundee Harbours.

Hydrus’ keen attention to detail and ability to react quickly and efficiently to client demand has resulted in Hydrus building up strong relationships with many major energy players in Aberdeen and beyond.
