BRINGING SCIENCE, TECHNOLOGY, ENGINEERING AND MATHS TO LIFE

Aberdeen Science Centre is a pioneer of interactive science discovery in Scotland that develops interactive programmes to transport visitors, of all ages and backgrounds, to the heart of discovery. We attract 53,000 visitors each year, bringing topical issues to the fore through exhibitions, debates, shows and workshops. The Centre is also a unique venue offering bespoke corporate facilities.

Aberdeen Science Centre is a non-profit organisation that provides:

• A valuable educational resource to enthuse and inspire the whole community.

• Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths (STEM) learning experiences that encourage active involvement in learning.

• An environment that promotes curiosity and lifelong learning.

OUR ENGAGEMENT WITH SCHOOLS

We deliver interactive programmes for nursery, primary and secondary levels across the complete range of STEM. Completing our education offering is a comprehensive programme of professional development for teachers.

OUR ENGAGEMENT WITH COMMUNITIES

We aspire to be the region’s most inclusive environment for STEM engagement. We promote the importance of STEM to peoples’ daily lives, as well as the region’s social and economic health.

OUR ENGAGEMENT WITH PARTNERS

Engaging with industry, universities and the public sector is core to our charitable mission to bring STEM to life to help support an evolving knowledge-based economy. Working with partners, we can deliver powerful joint messages, showcase innovation and help provide the highest quality experience for visitors.
